Larry Gean Ring

May 31, 1947 - October 24, 2020

Larry Ring, age 73, of Houston, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020. He was born May 31, 1947 in Pocahontas, a son of the late Theodore Ring and the late Ida Mae Tyler Ring. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a retired auto mechanic, loved to hunt and fish, and loved to socialize with others. Larry loved spending time with family, watching grandchildren play ball, and liked to flirt with the ladies at the laundry mat. He is survived by one son: Scott (Brandi) Ring of Houston; daughter: Niki Davis of Houston; grandchildren: Mackenzie Ring, Bryce Ring, and Haylee Wood; two brothers; four sisters; and many other loved ones. He was preceded in death by two brothers and his wife Judy Anderson Ring. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Harris Chapel with Bro. Jeremy Williams officiating. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
