Bobby Epperson

Bobby Epperson, age 70, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away Friday, April 1, 2022. He was born September 10, 1951, in Morrilton, Arkansas, a son of the late Loyd Mitchell Epperson and Mary Stacks Epperson. He was a police officer for University Central Arkansas in Conway, member of First Baptist Church Morrilton, former Conway County Deputy Sheriff and Chief Investigator, former Conway County Circuit and Chancery Clerk having served four terms, and an avid fisherman. Survivors include his wife of 50 years Roxanna Rowell Epperson of Conway; daughter, Kathrin Epperson of Morrilton; sister, Donna (Ernie) Chastain of Morrilton; sister-in-law, Judy Epperson of Conway; five grandchildren, Ryan Spurlock, Carter Osborn, Marlee Smith, Tanner Brown, and Reed Brown. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Andrea Elizabeth Epperson; brother, Denny Epperson; and a granddaughter, Julia Camille Osborn. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Morrilton with Bro. Wes Brown, Rev. Coy Sample, and Bro. Russ Rhoden officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church. Private burial at a later date at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Oppelo.
