Mary "June" Hill

Mary "June" Cotton, Drennan, Hill, age 95, of Perryville, Arkansas was called to her eternal home in Heaven May 22, 2017. June was born September 18, 1921 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Clayborn and Donie Ward (the youngest of 7 siblings) who all preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were husbands, J.C. Cotton, Ralph Drennan, and Fred Hill; three children, Billy Ray Cotton, Jimmy Drennan, and Hoyt Hill; three grandchildren, Timothy Lynn Cotton, Sherman Michael Cotton, and Angela Renee Clifton; and two great grandchildren, Michael Anthony Jeter and Justin Christopher Henry. Surviving her to mourn her passing are nine children, J.C. Cotton (Carolyn) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Betty Zulpo (Julio) of Roland, Arkansas, Sherman Cotton (Lou) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Mary Walsh (James) of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, Archie Cotton of Russellville, Arkansas, and Shirley Clifton (Norman) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, bonus children, Doyle Drennan (Judy), Randy Hill (Jackie), and a special bonus son, Gary Hill (Connie). She leaves behind her legacy of 27 grandchildren, 43great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, as June never met a stranger. Everyone that knew her would say "SHE WAS ONE OF A KIND"! She was a homemaker all her life and her chief joy was to cook for her family and friends and everyone was welcome at her table. June was a very spiritual and God loving Christian lady. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Friday (one hour prior) of The Celebration of her eternal home going at Harris Funeral Home in Morrilton, Arkansas, Friday at 11:00 a.m. located at 1325 Oak Street, Morrilton, Arkansas 72110 with interment to follow at 12:30 p.m. at Hope Cemetery near Perryville. Officiating will be Pastor Jean Zulpo and Honorary Pastor J. B. Belk. The family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers while in her home, Francis Kimble and Pat Wiley. Also to the Perry County Rehabilitation Nursing Center in Perryville and Kendra Hospice of Conway for the loving care, concern and kindness, from all of the Nurses and staff during this sad time. Their spirits were Amazing. Thank you so much.
